I created Investigative Resources, Inc. in the 1970's after earning Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science Degrees from the University of Wisconsin. Later in California, I obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree. I have over 30 years of complex experience in all aspects of insurance claims, including litigation. I have trained investigators for their own internal Special Investigation Units, for insurance companies and law firms, covering all areas of investigations and workers’ compensation.
A few years ago, Investigative Resources, Inc. recovered over 1.5 million dollars in stolen historical Porsche racing engines. The proceeds of this recovery were donated to Cancer research at Torrance Memorial Hospital. We have been reported on in both the National and International media on this and on other cases.

I have worked as the lead investigator for many “high profile” cases such as the McMartin Pre-School cases. I was the lead investigator in the Marc Christian/Rock Hudson palimony suit and also for the largest earthquake fraud case in the history of California.
This earthquake fraud case resulted in the conviction on fraud charges of the president of the insured’s company along with the transportation manager. In addition, we were instrumental in the recovery of over one million subrogation dollars from these two individuals.
In recent years, Investigative Resources, Inc. has worked on a series of cases involving sexual abuse against civilians, defended clergy and also governmental agencies. This also includes representatives of all major religious organizations throughout Southern California.
In addition to these areas of investigation, Investigative Resources, Inc. has handled an assortment of claims arising from the wrongful handling of human remains including the theft of remains, wrongful cremations and overall mishandling of the remains. This continues to be an ongoing problem that will not be corrected until the Legislative Branch of the State creates new laws to protect consumers.
In recent years, I have been working on major fraud cases, assisting in Trial preparation and Appellate issues. I now work closely with many Federal agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearm (ATF), ICE and the Department of Justice.
Many of the cases my firm works on involve “questionable claims” with high visibility and are subject to collateral influences. I work closely with attorneys, developing needed background information for them to fairly evaluate the claims at hand.
